Einkorn- Whole grain, husked

This ancient grain, einkorn, is growing well and should be available this fall 2020.  Thus far, production has been limited to seed production, family consumption, and recipe testing. The unleavened bread for Easter was a hit and seemed to be well tolerated from a gluten perspective.
